I'm also going to try something a little different here and post some gratuitous in game gamer shots (thanks to the misses who seemed more interested in taking pics of you lots than what was on the table) . My particular favourite is Nick's Air Guitar dice roll but I think we could run a caption competiton with some of these babies. Enjoy.

As this was my first ever event as TO it's been an eye opening experience firstly I would like to thank the KRAGS committee for trusting me to change the format so much from previous year and to indulge in all the spending necessary to making this happen, I would also like to thank Dan from Defiant gaming for doing us a SUPER deal on the bucket loads of dice we got from him.
Next I would like to Thank Justin and Paul for all the help they have given me with this, and all the help on the day. I couldn’t have made this work without you guys.
Overall I was extremely happy with how the day played out we had 1 Small hic-up along the way which was dealt with to the best of our ability as rapidly as we could. As a new TO an in case of emergency number never crossed my mind to be part of the information I gathered from players, and after talking to a few other people who have TO'd events in the past they have never gathered this information either, I now URGE all TO's to gather this piece of vital information before your big day.
To the Guys from KRAGS that helped set up and pack up the event on the day anther big thank you.
And finally to all the players that made the trip, I know many of you travel from distance that only goes to show how much we all love our hobby, without people that passionate about their hobby events like this could not happen.
I would love to receive any and all feedback about any thing regarding the event from the venue, terrain, table lay out, or any thing else you might think of. Helpfully with feedback we can improve upon was to me seemed like a great day for everyone.
With all that said I’m sure I’ve forgotten to thank some one or mention something but for now my wall of text is over.
Thanks
Gavin

Malifaux Night 3rd of June
well we had about 12 players here for the night great to see some new faces.
We had some great games and support from our local Hench man - Liam -
Thanks for an enjoyable night guys, hope I helped out a bit when asked and havent scared anyone away with what I was doing to people ... I'm serious I havent used Lady J before last night and wasnt expecting her to cleave through a Peacekeeper AND a Hunter in the one turn (just the Peacekeeper).
Thanks again!
Thanks for your time Liam, and that puppet wars look great.
