Frontlines 2011 Round 2 Match Up's

After the smoke had settle from fever pitched battles across the plant it seems if numerous beach heads were secured, while others forces made tactical retreats to rethink their drop zones.


It would seem the unforeseen Swarms for Tryanids have a made plants fall and are already in the process of harvesting this once rich planet.



With new reserve forces slowing making planet fall will the imperium have the power to force back the Witch the Xeno's and Heretic from this once imperial world or will it be lost forever. Only time will tell.

BFG NIGHT

Hi all


Friday  25 th of Febuary is BFG night at the club.

We will be having a focus on BFG bring down a fleet and have some games.

We are looking at 1000pt fleets for the night.

If you do not have a fleet, we have some you can loan, or even just a demo game just let us know and we can help.


Normal gaming is still on so even if you are not playing BFG, tables would still be ready.

Paint Station One

With the new year upon use we have the first on Paint station one for the year.
This will take place on 6 March 2011.

Hey Folks,
Taking some inspiration from an article Jervis wrote in WD a some time back about painting groups, Krags has taken to organizing a regular painting session for club members, in order to improve our techniques and to talk trash during those hundreds of hours of painting.


‘Paint Station One’ is Krags tribute thread to the work of the regulars – a chance to show off the various projects of the group, and to try and encourage the best from those who attend. Updates and will be a real mix of work in progress, conversions and hopefully some painted minis from most of GW’s gaming systems. If all else fails, Krags post up some ‘previous endeavours' so you can see what we’ve managed to cobble together in the past…


This will take place on a Sunday afternoon at a club members house.( in order to lower the cost) this allows for a event Free for Krags and westgamer members. It will run with the same rules as club night and the shop will be in service....
With the purchase of some new terrian for the club we are doing to have a pianting session to get it ready for use.
